Don Slaght is the broker and managing partner of the Hollston Realty Group, LLC. Prior to founding this company, Don was Co-Founder of Workstage LLC, a national development company that created award-winning, high-performance buildings throughout the United States. Workstage developed and constructed 30 projects totaling more than $600 million for clients such as ADP, Pay Pal, Northrup Grumman, Cox Communications, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, Fairfield University and many others.
Don earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance from The University of Richmond’s Robins School of Business Administration. Don is a charter member of the ‘New Jersey Champions for ZERO’, and a Board Member of national charity ZERO – The End of Prostate Cancer. He is also a two-time former Chairman of the Board of Directors of Special Olympics New Jersey and an active supporter of numerous Jersey Shore based charities, as well as the Cape Cod based Grant W. Koch Scholarship Fund.

Darryl contributes over three decades of experience to our team. He successfully managed and concluded more than 150 projects across the state of New Jersey. His unwavering focus on delivering valuable solutions significantly contributes to the enhancement of real estate developments. Darryl possesses extensive expertise across various disciplines, having been involved in real estate development since 1989. He pursued Architecture at Roger Williams University and Mechanical Engineering at NJIT.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Darryl is dedicated to giving back to his community through volunteering. He is not only a devoted husband and father of four, but also a coach and the former President of the Point Pleasant Soccer Club, where he served for a remarkable 14 years. Darryl is known for readily extending a helping hand whenever his community needs it. He cherishes moments spent with his family and friends, and he fully embraces the vibrant lifestyle of the Jersey Shore.

Buying my first home with my husband ignited my love for real estate. From that point on we bought and sold properties over the last 20 years. Finding those diamonds in the rough and transforming them into beautiful homes is so rewarding. In 2016, I took the love of real estate and started working for Hollston Realty Group. At this firm, I specialize in the representation of investors, developers, home buyers and sellers along the Jersey Shore. Meeting new people and helping clients find the right place to call home is a passion. I currently reside in Point Pleasant Beach with my husband and 4 children. We love spending our free time at the beach…we are sand in our toes kind of family.

Sarah joined the Hollston Team in the aftermath of Superstorm Sandy and immersed herself into our Northeast Construction & Development business as Director of Client Services. Prior, Sarah studied interior design and subsequently worked in the drafting department at an architectural firm. In between the two professional assignments she took many years off as a full-time mom to raise Sarah and Don’s three children (now adults).
Sarah has overseen many house renovation projects and she currently is responsible for client coordination, scheduling, governmental relations and handles all of the administrative work for our companies.
