This newly constructed contemporary home on the beach block has four bedrooms, 2 ½ baths (including two showers and one tub), a beautiful kitchen with all high-end appliances, center four-seat island, soft close cabinets, and all quartz counter-tops. The main floor also includes a spacious living room with a 55” flat-screen TV and adjacent dining room which seats eight comfortably, and an outdoor deck with ocean views. The master bedroom on the upper level features a king-size bed, multiple closets, and a sizable master bathroom with a walk-in shower. Plus, the top level has a large deck with beautiful ocean views. Three additional bedrooms include one with a queen-size bed, one with twin beds and one with twin size bunk beds. The laundry room consists of an Electrolux front loader washer and dryer. The house includes a 2-car garage with eight hanging beach chairs and an exterior patio with a gas grill. Beach towels and many amenities await your visit! The house is walking distance to the most beautiful beach. Relax, soak up the sun and enjoy!

I rented this property for myself, my daughter and her bridesmaids the evening prior to her wedding until the day after the wedding. It was a perfect setting for the wedding day preparations! Our photographers, videographer, hairstylists & makeup artists couldn’t believe the amazing natural light they had to work with & the architectural details of the beautiful staircase for pre-wedding photos! The waterfront decks afforded us beautiful photo opportunities too. The owners were responsive to emails, gracious & made us feel extremely welcome even including a celebratory note & bubbly upon arrival 😁. I look forward to our next stay in Johnson Shores!
